Den 21-årige producer Nick Ericksen dannede mod slutningen af 2010 projektet Taragana Pyjarama, som siden hen har vist sig at have taget over for hans tidligere alias, Eim Ick.
Det betød dog ikke et stilskift i form af musikken, men man kunne alligevel ane at den specielle sommerlige og til tider balaeric-stemning var endnu stærkere og nemmere at dykke ned i.

Nu er Taragana Pyjarama så efter en række remixes for bla. Miami Horror og Atoi, klar med sin selvtitlede debut EP. Udgivelsen består af sangene Ocean, Girls og Sundanese Blonde, samt et remix fra hver især Ricardo Tobar og Teengirl Fantasy. Ep’en har allerede fået omtale på Pitchfork, både i form af nummeret ”Ocean,” og Teengirl Fantasy remixet, og vi har i det sidste stykke tid her på bloggen glædet os til at kunne høre hele EP’en.


Efter nogle mindre forsinkelser på udgivelsesdatoen, er den nu endelig ude til digital download eller hvis man er mere til et fysisk eksemplar, på vinyl fra d. 12. april.
